“After jumping into the real estate world in 2006 and 2007 I was soon left with a huge mess on my hands. By early 2009 I was on the verge of bankruptcy. Then Todd along with a good realtor helped me short sale two houses in 2009 and 2010. Todd got the banks (four in all) to commit to short sales in which they agreed to forgive large amounts of debt and not come back after the balances. And he got it in writing.

Then in November 2012 I was reconnected with Todd when he reached out to me with a check he had received from one of the banks involved in the short sales. In spring of 2013, he helped me begin the process of attempting another short sale. At one point it looked like everything was going to fall apart. However, Todd never gave up and kept up the fight. Eventually he got the bank to agree to a deed in lieu. The debt was forgiven, everything was in writing, and he even got the bank to agree to give us $3,000. The whole process took a little over a year but Todd never wavered.

Todd is always professional, trustworthy, and persistent. Although I will never have to do a short sale again I would absolutely use Todd for any future real estate service I may need! And I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a short sale or deed in lieu.
